Sidetrade Implementation and Automation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced consultant to strongly support the implementation of Sidetrade and to automate our manual order and invoice processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sidetrade software and be proficient in process automation to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing current workflows, designing automated solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems. Client is an industrial company needs specialized consulting support to help drive key digital initiatives across our business—a key project is a Sidetrade implementation. Consultant should be someone who knows the playbook, pitfalls, and best practices from previous implementations. Scope of Project: --Automating intake of customer purchase orders from customer portals directly into IT system via Sidetrade --Automating client invoice submission via customer portals for ingestion and payment --Eliminating manual entry / touch points, reducing opportunities for error and disputes --Optimizing workflow for global business services team Project objectives are to drive efficiency, reduce errors, and scale operations through automation. Please highlight your hands-on Sidetrade implementation experience—particularly across B2B or industrial sectors. Consultant should be able to hit the ground running and shape this effort from the ground up.
