We’re hiring a sharp, systems-minded Operations Manager to lead day-to-day ops for our clients, solo attorneys and small firms, so they can stop dealing with admin headaches and start scaling their businesses. You’ll Be Responsible For: • Acting as the firm’s primary operations lead, reporting directly to the managing attorney • Troubleshooting tech issues and coordinating with IT providers • Handling payroll communications, insurance, bar license tracking, and office lease support • Managing subscriptions, software vendors, and equipment repairs • Creating processes for client onboarding, invoicing, collections, and compliance • Calling vendors or support lines when something breaks and making sure it gets fixed • Working with accounting and legal professionals to keep things running smoothly What You Bring to the Table: • 2+ years in law firm or small business operations • Tech-savvy with tools like Clio, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Zoom, etc. • Experience managing projects, vendors, and client expectations • Confident calling support lines or navigating complex administrative issues • Highly organized, resourceful, and ready to own outcomes • You've worked at a virtual law firm or understand professional services workflows • You’ve helped implement or improve systems and processes at a growing company Why You’ll Love This Role: We’re a growing virtual operations company with a mission to help attorneys and entrepreneurs stay focused on running their business and serving clients.
