What You’ll Do: 1. Engage Candidates: Make phone calls to existing candidates, ensuring they are fully informed about the position. 2. Facilitate Onboarding: Assist candidates with questions about the job, application, or screening process. 3. Update Records: Maintain the Pipeline-Spreadsheet with the most up-to-date candidate information and progress. 4. Communicate Effectively: Provide clear updates, ask questions, and address comments with me, ensuring seamless collaboration. 5. Support Candidates: Respond promptly to follow-up questions and inquiries from candidates. What We’re Looking For: 1. Strong professional communication skills. 2. A friendly, approachable personality. 3. Enthusiasm for phone-based communication. 4. Commitment to 2–3 hours per day, Monday–Friday. 5. Tech-savviness and adaptability. 6.
