Sales Manager/Coach For Field Sales Agents

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to lead, train, and coach a team of independent sales agents. This role is critical in driving performance, ensuring agents are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge, and fostering a culture of excellence. Responsibilities include: -Training and coaching independent agents to enhance their sales skills and strategies. -Developing and implementing sales techniques tailored to meet organizational goals. -Managing agent performance through regular reviews, feedback, and support. -Creating effective onboarding processes for new agents to ensure a smooth start. -Monitoring sales metrics and reporting results to upper management. -Organizing and leading team meetings to align strategies and goals. -Addressing challenges faced by agents and providing actionable solutions. Must be: -Trustworthy -Available with excellent communication skills -Able to pay attention to details -Bring extra value -Willing to use tools like Google Meet, Zoom, ClickUp, or other platforms if necessary -Experienced in sales management, specifically in training and coaching. -Strong in leadership and motivational skills. -Capable of analyzing sales data and using it to drive performance improvements. -Organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
