Telecommunications Systems Assistant (Go High Level, RingCentral, Voice Drops)
We are a remote Church marketing company seeking a part-time Telecommunications Systems Assistant to support our outreach efforts and manage our communication tools. This role requires someone who is familiar with platforms such as Go High Level (GHL), Conversionly, RingCentral, and voice drop technology. Responsibilities include: Managing and optimizing workflows in Go High Level Scheduling and deploying voice drops and SMS campaigns Coordinating with our sales and marketing teams to ensure proper lead routing Troubleshooting basic telecom-related issues (e.g., call routing, missed calls, voice quality) Assisting in setting up or updating phone trees, IVRs, and user accounts in RingCentral Occasional support with CRM integrations and campaign reporting What we're looking for: Hands-on experience with Go High Level or similar marketing automation platforms Familiarity with RingCentral and other VoIP systems Experience with voice drop tools is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Available for a few hours a month (flexible schedule, but responsive turnaround) Bonus: Experience working with faith-based or nonprofit organizations This is a small, ongoing commitment ideal for someone who already freelances in this space.
