We're looking for a Social Media Manager that will be responsible for crafting and executing a growth-focused content strategy to engage and expand our Gen Z audience. You will be at the helm of our social media presence, posting frequently and utilizing the latest trends to quickly amplify our brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a robust content strategy to grow our TikTok, Instagram, and Meta presence. This strategy should align with our brand values and target a Gen Z audience. - Create and schedule at least 6 weekly engaging posts for each platform, tailoring content to each unique audience and its trends. - Edit and refine video content provided by our team to ensure high-quality, platform-optimized posts that resonate with our followers. - Analyze performance metrics and iterate on strategies for content optimization and audience growth. - Stay ahead of social media trends, implementing them into our strategy to maintain a competitive and relatable online presence.
