Managing Ig ads for local online shop business

I am looking for someone with below expertises: 1. Experiences on using FB Ads manager, need to be able to research the target market, and make campaign to increase traffic and sales. 2. Able to create most effective content for advertising. (Making image content, or video content, whatever is better for this project) 3. Willing to discuss and revise for the content. 4. Pro in using all tools in the FB ads manager. 5. Discussing the bidding tools used, communicate the target market research, and provide report when the advertising is finished. 6.
