Social Media Setup + Customer Discovery + Ambassador Onboarding (Paid Test Project)
Social Media & Customer Success Specialist (LinkedIn + Ambassador Onboarding) We are seeking a proactive, AI-savvy freelancer to help us expand our brand presence and support our ambassador program. This initial project will test your skills with a clear path to ongoing, long-term work if successful. You will be responsible for: Create a LinkedIn company page Set up a professional, brand-aligned page based on our guidelines. Populate the page with initial content (bio, header image, about section, etc.). Schedule 5 posts Develop and schedule 5 AI-assisted posts (one per day for the next 5 business days). Posts should align with the brand tone and demonstrate creativity and engagement best practices. Conduct two 30-minute Zoom or phone calls: Discovery Call with a Customer: Interview a customer using a provided script and guidance. Gather insights about their needs and goals. Use these insights to outline a simple marketing plan. Onboarding Call with an Ambassador: Welcome a new ambassador. Explain how the program works. Help them feel confident using our system and resources. Ideal Candidate: Proficient with LinkedIn company pages and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Planable). Experienced using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write) to create and automate content. Strong communication skills — able to lead short customer/ambassador onboarding calls professionally. Highly organized, self-motivated, and efficient at working independently. Bonus if you have experience creating marketing plans or ambassador programs. Important: This is a small paid test project. If successful, we would love to offer you ongoing work managing multiple brand pages, onboarding new ambassadors, and growing customer engagement across channels.
