Grant Writer Needed for Athlete-Focused Sports Facility Startup
I'm developing a high-performance sports and wellness facility designed for college, semi-pro, and professional athletes. The concept is a first-of-its-kind, athlete-centered space that integrates elite training, recovery, content creation, and professional development — a “WeWork for athletes” model. The project is in the early stages and will be based in the southeastern U.S., with a focus on long-term growth and scalability.
