Property Management Book Keeper / Accountant - AppFolio specialist

Hello, I am looking for an accountant / book keeper to assist with our Property Management companies AppFolio functions. Specifically, we are looking for help with general accounting functions, management fees, owner disbursements, etc. Our portfolio current consists of ~75 single family homes around Portland, Oregon. We imagine that this role will require ~10 hrs/month, subject to increase as the business grows.
