Part-Time HR Assistant for Employee Benefits Management

We are seeking a knowledgeable Part-Time HR Assistant to support our team with Employee Benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding, claims processing, and billing administration. Must be available M-F during the AM hours of 8:30-12:30 or 9am-1pm. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience regarding benefits. If you are detail-oriented, understand HR best practices, and possess excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. Experience with enrollment apps like Employee Navigator or Ease is helpful but not necessary. Experience reviewing and spreadsheeting employee benefit coverages such as Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance policies is helpful.
