Atlanta International School TEDx Full Event Filming

One-event job for Atlanta production companies/studios. The work involves the filming of a full TEDx Event for over 6 hours at Atlanta International School. We plan for this to be the footage we send back to TEDx so they can put together their own cut of each talk. We are looking for an individual/group who can help with manning/positioning cameras, lighting the stage, recording audio, and more in that vein. Job also involves working with high school students at AIS. The angles and shot sizes are quite specific, found here and in files attached: https://www.ted.com/participate/organize-a-local-tedx-event/tedx-organizer-guide/video-photography One requirement of note is for 4+ cameras of the same lens/model following TEDx guidelines. Our budget is quite restricted (under 3,000 dollars) so we will probably have to discuss outsourcing gear/crew from school student body.
