Strong Program/Project Manager - PMP preferred

We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of content across multiple projects with varying timelines. The ideal candidate is PMP-certified (or has equivalent experience), has worked with remote teams, and is skilled at balancing short-term project execution with long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain detailed project delivery schedules for multiple content projects. - Manage resources against defined timelines, ensuring internal teams and contractor resources stay on track. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and dependencies. - Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum. - Manage resource allocation for both short-term and long-term project planning. - Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external contractors. - Monitor progress, track deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Lead remote project meetings, facilitating clear communication and alignment. - Utilize communications and project management tools (Slack, Jira, Monday.com) for tracking tasks and workflows. Qualifications & Experience - PMP certification preferred or demonstrated experience in structured project management. - Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - Strong knowledge of service/content delivery - Experience leading remote teams and working across time zones. - Proficiency in project management tools Jira, Monday.com, Miro, and Slack. - Exceptional communication and organizational skills. - Ability to problem-solve and adapt in fast-paced environments.
