Mock Family Participant for Childcare Agency Trial
Description: Neuronanny is a boutique childcare placement agency specializing in premium nanny placements for high-net-worth families. We are conducting a mock trial of our full intake and placement process to gather structured feedback and fine-tune the client experience. We are seeking a professional, articulate role-player to act as a prospective family client. You will participate in a short intake call, review onboarding materials, interview a matched nanny candidate, and provide structured feedback through forms we will provide. Scope of Work: • Participate in a 20–30 minute intake consultation (simulating a real family call) • Review onboarding documents (family welcome guide, sample placement contract) • Interview a nanny candidate (30–45 minutes) • Fill out brief feedback forms evaluating intake, candidate match, interview, and onboarding documents • Provide candid but professional feedback on the process flow and perceived service value Character Profile Provided: You will receive a full “mock family” briefing packet outlining household needs, preferences, and questions to ask the nanny. Project Timeline: • Estimated total time commitment: 2 to 3 hours • Completion window: Within 1 week of hiring Ideal Candidate: • Background in acting, professional role-playing, luxury services, or customer service • Comfortable improvising questions in a real-time interview setting • Professional, clear communicator • Able to complete feedback forms thoughtfully • Bonus: Familiarity with premium childcare, educational services, or client experience design (not required) Confidentiality: Participants will be required to sign a simple one-paragraph confidentiality agreement acknowledging that materials shared are proprietary and for mock trial purposes only. ⸻ Budget and Payment: Fixed Rate Project: • $150 flat rate if completed within the estimated 2–3 hours.
