Curriculum Design & Publication
iElevate's 12-Week Curriculum needs review and some shaping, particularly around the Consolidation Phase of our Coaching Program, where clients are in Unit 3: "Supporting Ourselves." We would like a designer and curriculum expert to come in, organize the content we have, and add in some original ideas for clients to help improve their career networking strategies, their job application trackers, and maintain good progress independently outside of coaching, once graduated from our program. We are looking to have this person work with our team on our new iElevate Your Workplace, Job Retention Curriculum, for Corporations who hire or work with employees who are neurodivergent. This retention course will be used by clients who land jobs and still want workplace, private coaching support, and will be used by their companies in training with HR Managers/Supervisors as well. We are looking for someone for the duration of the summer, to complete these projects - all deliverables are in Google Drive, then uploaded digitally into our Circle Platform (LMS system). Ideally, at the end of the summer, our designer would help us publish both curricula sets into a downloadable hard copy (sellable) resource to the iElevate Website.
