Experienced Patent Attorney Needed for Trademarks and Design Patents
We are a small startup looking for a U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to assist with several upcoming trademark filings and responses to minor office actions (for example, clarifying address details). We also have at least one design patent office action so would like someone who is comfortable handling both trademark and design patent office action responses, as well as new design patent filings. Many of the filings are straightforward. We are hoping to build a long-term relationship with someone who is: 1) Budget-conscious (ideal cost is $200 or less per trademark filing at this stage) 2) Professional and experienced with USPTO trademark and design patent procedures 3) Comfortable with both new filings and minor office action responses We value quality and consistency and are seeking a trusted partner as we continue to scale.
