Architect - Tampa, Florida Construction

Here's a rough mockup of the proposed BANKS ARMINA building. I am meeting with the Hillsborough County Planning Commission on Wednesday to discuss rezoning to Planned Development (PD). We wish to build a new structure at 2605 North Armenia Avenue Tampa, Florida 33607. Supporting and strengthening the unique character of West Tampa’s historic architecture with an urban village, mixed-use design. Three levels: First level parking for seven cars. Second level: Two / ~700 sf, ½ bath retail/office spaces. Third level: Two / 1-2-bedroom, 1-bath, with kitchen and living room apartments (~700sf each). Overall: 2,800 square feet, plus parking. Ingress and egress through the side of the building and the street.
