Bathroom remodeling for a house
We are a family looking to update and modernize our 2 bathroom (master bathroom and guest bathroom), creating a comfortable and stylish space. Our main priorities are maximizing space, improving functionality, and creating a luxurious atmosphere (budget friendly). Key Responsibilities: Initial Consultation: Meet (in-person or remotely) to discuss our vision, preferences, and budget for the bathroom remodel. Design Concept: Provide a complete design concept, including layout, color schemes, materials, and fixtures. Space Planning: Optimize the space, ensuring that everything from the shower, bathtub, sink, and storage is functional and well-organized. Materials Selection: Recommend tiles, countertops, vanities, faucets, lighting, and other materials and finishes. 3D Renderings: Provide 3D renderings or mood boards to visualize the design before implementation. Contractor Coordination: If needed, collaborate with contractors and other professionals to ensure the design is executed properly. Style and Finishing: Assist in the final selection of accessories such as mirrors, shower doors, towel bars, and lighting fixtures. Proven experience in bathroom remodeling and interior design with a portfolio showcasing past bathroom projects. Expertise in space planning, bathroom layout, and functional design. Strong knowledge of the latest trends in bathroom design, including sustainable, modern, or luxury options. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar). Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers. Ability to stay within budget while providing high-quality design solutions. Attention to detail, and a creative approach to making the best use of smaller spaces.
