Responsibilities: Team Management: Plan and lead engaging weekly team meetings. Utilize project management tools like Asana to delegate tasks effectively. Ensure tasks are completed on time through proactive follow-up. Hiring and Team Expansion: Identify and recruit new team members, such as website developers and copywriters. Collaborate with HR to streamline the hiring process and onboard new team members seamlessly. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative promotional strategies for launches, retreats, and workshops. Continuously refine ongoing promotions to maximize effectiveness. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis to track and measure performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. Requirements: Proven experience in business operations or a related role, preferably within the fitness or coaching industry. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
