Litigation Attorney Needed for Arbitration

A dating app called Raya is exclusive and hard to join. They rely on potential users getting referrals. I got over five referrals and was still put on a waitlist. I emailed their customer service asking if I delete my application and reapply, will I lose my current referrals or will they be applied to my next application? They replied saying they went ahead and deleted my application and all my referrals. I told them that's not what I asked for or wanted.
