Tech Sales Interview Coach

We’re growing fast and looking for a dedicated Tech Sales Interview Coach to join our elite team. Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a driven, coachable, and inspiring Tech Sales Interview Coach who thrives on accountability, lives for results, and takes pride in helping others achieve career-changing outcomes. You’re a fit if: - You’re a hard worker with high follow-through and a strong sense of ownership - You have a proven track record of placing people in competitive interviews or roles - You take feedback well and continuously strive to improve - You are confident, clear, and motivating when speaking and coaching others - You know how to instill urgency and hold people accountable with empathy and strength - You understand interview psychology and how to navigate the nuances of tech sales interviews - You have either been in tech sales or successfully coached others into these roles - You value time freedom and want to build something meaningful Key Responsibilities: -Coach and mentor ETS members to secure high-paying tech sales roles and shorten time to placement - Break limiting beliefs and instill confidence in members - Hold members accountable to their commitments and deadlines - Drive urgency and keep candidates on track to land interviews and offers - Report progress regularly to ETS leadership - Leverage networks (former ETS members, hiring managers) to create job opportunities - Build and improve internal coaching systems for efficiency and results - Assist candidates with resumes, outreach, storytelling, and interview preparation - Drive placements within 50 days or less - Keep the community fun, focused, and high energy - Collect and showcase testimonials from successful members Compensation & Benefits:
