Global Faculty Organization (GFO) is seeking a School District Outreach Manager to establish partnerships with U.S. school districts for our J-1 Teacher Exchange Program. The ideal candidate will have experience in K-12 education, HR/recruitment, or district administration and be skilled in engaging decision-makers in school districts. Responsibilities: ✔️ Identify and connect with HR officials, superintendents, and school leaders to discuss teacher placement needs. ✔️ Secure Letters of Interest (LOIs) from school districts expressing interest in hiring J-1 exchange teachers. ✔️ Develop and execute email and call outreach strategies to engage districts. ✔️ Arrange virtual or in-person meetings with district officials. ✔️ Maintain a database of interested districts and track communications. ✔️ Work closely with the CEO and recruitment team to align district needs with teacher placements.
