We're seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to help us set up and manage a high-performing ad campaign focused on generating qualified leads for our Fractional CMO services. This role will include keyword research, ad creation, targeting strategy, and ongoing optimization to ensure the best ROI. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands how to attract business owners and executives looking for outsourced marketing leadership and knows how to build campaigns that convert clicks into conversations. Responsibilities: • Set up a Google Ads campaign from scratch • Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to our service offering • Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad variations • Optimize campaign performance for conversions (not just traffic) • Provide regular reporting and insights to refine the campaign • Suggest landing page improvements (optional but preferred) Requirements: • Proven experience running successful Google Ads campaigns, preferably for B2B or professional services • Strong grasp of keyword strategy, audience targeting, and ad performance metrics • Ability to work independently and suggest improvements proactively • Excellent communication skills Compensation: Pay is based on experience, with bonuses or rate increases available for delivering tangible results in the form of qualified leads and improved site traffic.
