Paid Ads & AI Marketing Specialist for Local Home Services Lead Generation (Buffalo NY)
I own a window and door installation company based in Buffalo, NY. We are looking for a Paid Ads and Marketing Automation Specialist who can: - Set-up and launch Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) - Set-up and launch Google Ads (local search campaigns) - Drive high-quality homeowner leads to our website lead form - Use AI tools to enhance ad creative, targeting, and optimization (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) - Set up marketing automations (Zapier, CRM follow-up flows, confirmation emails/texts) This is a lead generation position only — We are not looking for "branding," "awareness," or "social media content." We need direct homeowner leads who are ready to schedule quotes. Scope of Work: - Build, launch, and (potentially) manage lead generation ad campaigns on Facebook and Google - Write ad copy and headlines using AI tools for fast A/B testing - Target Buffalo homeowners specifically (plus surrounding ZIP codes) - Set up retargeting ads (Facebook Pixel + Google Tracking) - Integrate Zapier automations to streamline lead capture and follow-up - Ensure new leads automatically: - Enter into CRM (Jobber or basic system) - Receive immediate email/text confirmation - Notify sales team for quick response Required Skills: - Proven experience running paid ads for local home service businesses (contractors, HVAC, roofing, solar, windows, etc.) - Experience using AI marketing tools for ad generation and optimization - Examples: ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, AI-generated dynamic ad creative - Experience setting up automations with Zapier (basic workflows: form ➔ CRM ➔ confirmation ➔ follow-up reminders) - Strong grasp of lead generation tracking, cost per lead management, and ad optimization - Ability to work independently — I will be relying on you to manage these tools and automations without micromanagement Budget: - Paid Ads Setup: $500–$1,000 one-time - Ongoing Ad Spend: ~$30–$50/day starting test budget (managed separately) To Apply: Please respond with: - Examples of past lead generation campaigns you’ve run for local service companies - Examples of how you have used AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) in real marketing campaigns - Examples of how you have used Zapier or similar automation tools - Confirmation you can start within the next 1–2 weeks - Your setup pricing
