Description: Connext Post & Beam is seeking a part-time Campaign Manager to help us get the most out of our digital marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. We’re a growing brand in the post-and-beam construction space and need someone who can help fine-tune our paid campaigns, keep ads fresh, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: Optimize and monitor campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Update and refresh ad copy, creative, and targeting as needed Track performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations and adjustments Identify areas for improvement and recommend budget shifts Provide brief weekly updates (just the important stuff) What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing paid campaigns on all three platforms Strong eye for creative performance and ad fatigue Able to work independently and stay on top of performance trends Detail-oriented but knows how to move quickly and efficiently Excellent communicator Able to directly improve campaign performance Details: Part-time, hourly as needed Flexible schedule, fully remote To Apply: Please share 1–2 brief examples of campaigns you’ve optimized (what you changed and why), and let us know what your availability looks like.
