Social Media Specialist
Role Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative individual with expertise in social media to support our marketing team by taking on key social media responsibilities. Responsibilities: 1. Instagram Story Creation: Designing and scheduling engaging Instagram story posts that align with our brand identity and campaign goals. 2. Feed Posts: Designing and writing captions for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, or LinkedIn posts. 3. Video Editing: Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels. 4. Template Creation: Designing reusable templates for consistent branding (e.g., Canva or Photoshop templates). 5. Monthly Reporting: Handling detailed performance reviews and preparing presentations for stakeholders. 6. Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and organize content across platforms. 7. Comment Moderation: Reply to comments and direct messages based on guidelines we provide. 8. Engagement Activities: Engage with followers, like relevant posts, and interact with potential customers or collaborators. 9. Platform Strategy Development: Analyzing and recommending strategies to grow and optimize our presence on platforms like Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels. This includes identifying trends, proposing content ideas, and implementing platform-specific campaigns. Availability Requirement The individual must be available during our working hours to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Our time zone is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).
