Digital Marketing Strategist for Marketing Agency
Overview: We're a fast-paced, results-driven digital marketing agency looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our team on a long-term, project-to-retainer basis. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with our internal team and clients to craft campaign strategies, oversee execution plans, and drive measurable growth across paid media, social, SEO, content, and more. What You’ll Do: Create and present marketing strategies tailored to client goals and industries. Develop customer personas, messaging frameworks, and campaign roadmaps. Audit existing marketing efforts and identify areas of opportunity or inefficiency. Collaborate with paid media, content, creative, SEO, and web teams to align on execution. Build reports that highlight KPIs, performance insights, and growth opportunities. Translate complex data and research into clear, actionable strategies. Join client calls to lead strategy presentations and refine campaign direction. Preferred Industry Experience: Beauty & Skincare Health & Wellness Med Spa & Aesthetic Practices E-commerce (especially DTC brands) SaaS & Marketing Tech Legal & Professional Services What We’re Looking For: 6+ years of experience in a marketing strategist or digital marketing leadership role. Strong understanding of multi-channel campaigns (PPC, Meta Ads, SEO, email, etc.). Data-driven mindset with a creative edge—able to identify patterns and opportunities. Agency experience is a major plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Available for regular strategy calls and ongoing collaboration. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Semrush, etc. Background in DTC or lead gen funnels Ability to build client-facing decks and marketing roadmaps. Comfort leading internal teams or guiding junior marketers.
