Performance Marketing Manager for Fitness and Wellness Equipment

We are seeking an experienced PPC agency to oversee our digital marketing efforts on Facebook, GA, Linkedin (Microsoft/Tiktok/Reddit or other open to discuss) . Your role will involve crafting strategic campaigns to promote our fitness wellness and cryotherapy equipment, driving B2B/B2C leads and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance marketing with a proven track record in the B2B industry. Our monthly ad budget is around 5k today, (3month old account). As we get ROM in leads and have results budget can be scaled. Product is a high quality wellness equipment with AOV over 20k. We have library of content, yet it needs to be repurposed and updated according to campaigns. Google premier or Meta certified preferred - open to negotiate monthly retainer.
