I'm in need of a typist who can assist with various tasks including running errands, scanning, copying, and managing communications via phone and email. Key Responsibilities: - Primary focus will be handling legal documents. - Keeping all data and documentation up to date. - Taking minutes and notes during meetings. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Prior experience working with legal documents is highly preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication skills for handling phone calls and emails. Please note that the typist will not only be responsible for data entry and documentation, but also meeting minute and note-taking, as well as customer communication.
