Website Redesign for Healthcare-Focused Commercial Real Estate Firm
We’re a boutique commercial real estate agency that specializes in serving the healthcare industry. We're looking for a freelance web designer/developer to help us reimagine our website. Our goal is a modernized, mobile-friendly design that stays true to our brand while doing a much better job of turning visitors into leads. What We’re Looking For: A redesigned homepage that feels clean, intuitive, and polished — not too traditional, but not ultra-modern either. A templated content page that we can reuse across existing sections and tabs. Incorporation of our existing branding and logo, including our trademarked “pulse into a building outline” visual. Design that respects our corporate color palette (we’ll provide the logo and current branding for reference). What We Don’t Want: No properties or property search on the homepage. No email sign-ups or research report forms front and center — this isn’t our lead strategy.
