Excel Pro to build Pro Forma for mortgage business
We’re seeking an experienced Excel expert to build a detailed pro forma model to evaluate the profitability of a new mortgage branch. The model should be dynamic, easy to use, and designed to assess performance at both the branch and individual Loan Originator (LO) level. Deliverable: An Excel-based tool that calculates: • Projected monthly and annual loan volume per LO • Revenue projections based on volume and margins • Branch operating expenses (fixed and variable) • LO comp plans and per-loan commission • Profitability analysis at the LO and branch level • Sensitivity to changes in volume, pricing, and costs Ideal Candidate: • Advanced Excel modeling skills • Experience building financial models, especially in mortgage, banking, or sales orgs
