We're publishing Buyer-Led M&A™: The Framework — a bold, modern business book redefining how M&A gets done. I’m Kison Patel, founder of DealRoom and host of the M&A Science podcast. This book is the culmination of 300+ interviews with corporate development leaders, private equity execs, and CEOs. We’re not looking for a boring business layout — we want clean structure with strategic punch.
