Seeking legal consultation as well as review of a few documents for a startup non-profit. Our non-profit is developing a proprietary curriculum and will partnering with several organizations for its continued development. In addition to meeting a qualified intellectual property lawyer for ongoing IP consultation, we would like to obtain support with review of a few items, including: --Review of inter-organizational MOU(s) --Review of consent forms and disclaimer language to bind SME contributing to this work to confidentiality --Any other needed work that might arise Please note that we would like to work directly with a licensed IP attorney. We are not interested in paralegal applicants or applicants outside of IP law at this time. We will update this posting if anything changes. Please also note that due to our startup status and limited resources, attorneys willing to work on negotiable flat fee basis for most projects will be prioritized.
