Unfortunately, every young man and woman is walking around with a casino in their pockets. Whether it’s sports betting, or trading high risk options, our mission is to help those who are struggling. We provide personalized financial coaching, debt relief guidance, and support programs tailored for people affected by sports betting, casinos, stock market trading, and options trading. We are looking for empathetic and financially knowledgeable individuals—ideally with personal experience overcoming gambling struggles—to coach and empathize with others, provide guidance, and make warm referrals to our trusted partners when appropriate. Who You Are You have personal or close experience with gambling addiction, sports betting, casino losses, or stock trading addiction. You can listen, empathize, and build trust with people in financial distress. You can relate to the experiences these individuals have been through. Hiding it from loved ones, financial disaster, living a double life You have a basic understanding of personal finance and debt management (or are willing to be trained). You are comfortable talking to people over the phone, following up, and keeping detailed notes. You genuinely want to help people make the right financial choices as well as choices to help them stop gambling What You’ll Be Doing Speaking with users who have reached out for financial help due to gambling-related debt and guiding them based on internal processes Calling users who signed up on our platform but have not taken the next step. Listening to their personal and financial challenges and helping them, relating with them, and guiding them to financial decisions Providing structured financial coaching based on Yume’s training and framework. Guiding users toward referrals to trusted partners. Keeping track of client progress and maintaining notes in our system.
