We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo expert to help us fully set up and optimize our Klaviyo account, including creating automated flows, handling all technical configurations, and managing our first month of email campaigns. Scope of Work ✅ Account Setup + Technical Configuration Configure all necessary account settings Set up domain authentication (including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, dedicated sending domain if applicable) Ensure proper email deliverability setup (mail servers, dedicated IP if needed) Test and validate setup for proper inbox placement ✅ Flow Creation (5 Automated Flows) - To be agreed upon ✅ Campaign Management (First Month) Design, write, and schedule 4 email campaigns (e.g., product launches, promotions, newsletters) Segment audiences for targeted sends Run A/B tests as needed Analyze and report on performance ✅ Potential for Ongoing Monthly Management If the first month goes well, we are interested in an ongoing monthly relationship to manage campaigns, optimize flows, and report on performance.
