Techno-Functional Analyst Needed for SuccessFactors Compensation issues management (~10 hr/wk)

**Job Description:** We're on the lookout for a tech-savvy analyst who's got a solid handle on SuccessFactors Compensation to help us tackle our new issues backlog. This gig is about 10 hours a week and involves diving into the new issues that come up and using your SuccessFactors know-how to create change requests (CRs) for our tech team to jump on and fix. You will be analyzing the issues that are being logged, make sense of them based on your experience with the SF Compensation tool and write CRs for the configuration technical team to fix. Some testing will likely be required. We're hoping to find someone who’s done this before, has experience with SuccessFactors Compensation configuration, is great at analyzing problems and communicating clearly, so you can work well with the tech team to get things sorted quickly. If you’ve got experience in SuccessFactors and know how to manage issues like a pro, we’d love to chat!
