The person who fills this position should have experience with funnel building platforms and understanding the strategy that makes funnels work effectively. The role will involve understanding our target audience, creating engaging landing pages, and utilizing email marketing strategies to nurture leads. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building marketing and sales quality funnels that convert online opportunities into customers. Key Responsibilities: - Funnel specialists have the expertise to identify and resolve landing page bottlenecks to improve performance. - Understand the functionality of a landing page's purpose to guide the customer's journey to a sales conversion. - Work directly with the Marketing Team to execute funnel design-related tasks and funnel builds requested. - Automating the process of funneling all prospects, leads, and opportunities into the Go High Level CRM. - Automating the tagging and organization of prospects, leads, and opportunities in Go High Level CRM. - Collaborate with content teams to ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly and aligned with business goals. - Manage & optimize online, offline, & local SEO, including UTMs, tags, and schema markup implementation. - Collaborate with content teams to ensure all digital content is SEO-friendly and aligned with business goals. - Manage & optimize online, offline, & local SEO, including UTMs, tags, and schema markup implementation. - Determine the funnel page designs and what images are needed to support the objective of each page. - Able to identify if the right copy is being used in the right place to achieve the funnel’s objectives. - Expert time management skills to consistently deliver tasks or projects on time or ahead of time. - Create and integrate high-quality graphic design elements into the funnels you create. - Stay current with evolving search engine algorithms and industry best practices. - Review funnel page copy to ensure the copy is going the right direction for the funnel. - Understanding landing page funnels overall function supporting a customer journey. - Experience with building landing pages on Go High Level and WordPress. - Web design-related experience using Go High Level and or WordPress. - Minimal direction needed once given direction on a task or project. - Expert level funnel building and landing page development. - Ability to solve problems and find the answer. - Provide funnel design maintenance. - Self-motivated and independent. - Create opt-in and landing pages. - Design complete sales funnels. - Basic copywriting knowledge. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of proven working experience as a funnel building supporting WordPress or Go High Level. - Have a double digit landing page conversion rate tracking record of driving measurable results. - Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical funnel building / SEO best practices. - Proficiency with SEO best practices support Local SEO, LSA, and Google ad campaigns. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS platforms (WordPress & Go High Level), and basic web development principles. - Experience with landing page A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience with funnel building, SEO, landing page performance optimization, and geo tracking/targeting. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. - Fluent in Speaking, Reading, Writing English. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with B2C funnel building, landing page optimization, and SEO development for local service areas. - Knowledge of funnel building supporting PPC Ads, Local SEO, LSA campaigns, and marketing strategies. - Knowledge of SEO expertise across Google, Bing, social media, landing pages, and webpages. - Basic understanding of JavaScript and advanced HTML for technical SEO tasks. - Understanding of PPC and SEO principles. - Landing page tracking supporting of UTM codes for URL address. - Embedded marketing automation tracking codes on landing pages and other support pages. - Development of automated dashboards to track and report performance results for executive presentations. - Experience in the HVAC Service Industry is a Plus.
