Andrea Liebross Coaching is hiring a Fractional CMO to take ownership of our marketing strategy, systems, and performance — ensuring the entire machine runs smoothly, consistently, and converts while growing our audience and list size. About the Role This hands-on leadership position requires someone who can both develop high-level strategy and manage tactical execution. You'll lead a team of skilled 1099 contractors (VA, graphic designer, web designer, podcast production team, and media relations specialist) while serving as Andrea's strategic marketing partner, driving growth for her coaching programs, mastermind retreats, and speaking engagements. A primary focus will be expanding Andrea's audience and email list through strategic visibility initiatives with the ultimate goal of converting this audience into paying clients. Time Commitment: 15 hours/per month Compensation: Monthly retainer preferred, compensation range starts at $2000USD/mo.. depending on experience Start Date: Immediate Requirements: Must have own computer and iPhone Strong internet connection for video calls and virtual collaboration Experience with project management and collaboration tools listed below (ClickUp, Kit, Loomly, Canva, WordPress, etc.) Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfort with client-facing communication when needed Willingness to communicate with contractors through video, voice and email Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Female Candidates preferred as we are an all Female Team serving a Female Clientele Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business goals, with special focus on list building Create and track KPIs across all marketing channels and campaigns Ensure all content drives visibility, list growth, or conversions Provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights Oversee strategic pitching of Andrea for podcast guest appearances, speaking engagements, and workshops Team Management Lead our team of 1099 contractors including VA (who handles social scheduling and admin), graphic designer, web designer, podcast production team, and media relations specialist Coordinate with our media relations specialist on pitching strategy for podcast appearances and speaking engagements Set clear expectations, deadlines, and quality standards for all team members Review and approve all marketing content before publication Optimize team workflows in ClickUp Marketing Execution Plan and execute launches for retreats, coaching programs, and speaking Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar Ensure consistent content delivery across all channels Write or oversee all marketing copy in Andrea's brand voice Growth Initiatives Leverage the She Thinks Big! podcast as a core visibility asset Strategically increase audience and email list size through targeted campaigns Secure and maximize value from podcast guest appearances, keynote and paid speaking engagements, and paid workshops Optimize the best selling She Thinks Big book and workbook and book funnel from copy to conversion Manage digital ad campaigns with clear ROI tracking Direct website updates and conversion optimization Ideal Candidate Profile You'll thrive in this role if you: Have 5+ years experience leading marketing for coaches or service-based businesses Excel at both big-picture strategy and detail-oriented execution Demonstrate proven success with email marketing, podcasting, and funnel optimization Are confident managing KPIs and reporting results to leadership Can write compelling copy that captures a brand's unique voice Believe in systems and structure as paths to greater freedom Tools You'll Use Project Management: ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace Marketing: Kit (email), Loomly (social), Meta/Google Ads, Google Analytics/Looker Studio Content & Design: Canva, WordPress (Elementor) Client Experience: MemberVault, Dubsado, Zapier Success Metrics Proactive marketing calendar execution Consistent lead generation through book funnel, ad campaigns, speaking engagements, and podcast appearances Measurable growth in email list size and audience engagement Growth in podcast reach and conversion Increased bookings for guest podcast appearances and speaking engagements Effective content repurposing across channels Converting email campaigns and launches Sold-out retreats, coaching spots, and speaking engagements Clear month-over-month KPI improvements Andrea freed to focus on coaching, speaking, and leading About Andrea Liebross Coaching Andrea Liebross is a Results-Driven Business Coach and Life Balance Architect helping ambitious women create bold, sustainable growth — without burning out.
