Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to provide a detailed cost estimate for a commercial project located in Kahului, Maui (Hawaii). The project includes three small warehouses (approx. 900 sq ft each) and an office space (~1,200 sq ft), totaling ~4,000 sq ft of construction on a 20,000 sq ft lot. We have complete architectural, structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping plans ready for review. Project Overview * Prepare a detailed construction cost estimate for: * One 1,200 sq. ft. office building with rooftop solar * One warehouse building with three 900 sq. ft. units (2,700 sq. ft. total) * 13 open parking stalls (including 2 Level-3 EV chargers) * Related sitework, utilities, and code compliance * Review all available drawings: architectural, structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC 2.
