Senior Civil Engineer JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead all engineering projects and operations for a small, agile team supporting land development, residential subdivision design, improvement plans, and infrastructure engineering. This is a leadership role that combines project delivery, team management, and strategic oversight to drive the successful execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. The ideal candidate brings both hands-on technical expertise and high-level project management capabilities, thriving in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery — from planning and design through permitting, construction, and close-out — while mentoring a team of engineers and technicians. Senior Civil Engineer will support our growing portfolio of land development projects, including mining, mass site grading, parcel development, Tentative Map preparation, subdivision improvement plans and utility-related civil site work. Lead a team of engineers and support staR in the implementation of the business plan. Manage workload and staR while optimizing eRiciency and quality of work.
