We are in search of a freelance creative and skilled Residential Design Drafter to produce detailed drawings and designs. Must be experienced in Sketchup, CAD and 2D drafting. Our senior designer works in Sketchup and it is vital the person in this role is proficient in Sketchup to collaborate. Your main responsibility will be to convert the ideas and concepts from our Lead Designer, Jennifer Miller into detailed blueprints and technical plans. Design Drafter responsibilities include understanding project requirements, creating detailed designs using Sketchup, CAD software, and collaborating with designers and other team members to ensure the designs are accurate and feasible. Candidates must have a strong understanding of drafting techniques and high end residential design.
