Engineer Needed — Design Custom Glass Railing Base Shoe + Compression Wedge System

“I want to create a glass railing base shoe system that clamps 12mm tempered glass using a wedge design. I don’t have final sketches, but I know I want it strong, simple, and economic. I want aluminum 6063-T5 for the base shoe and Nylon 6/6 + fiberglass for the wedges. The system should be easy to manufacture and install — similar to CRL Taper-Loc, but different enough to be my own product. Can you help design a base shoe + wedge system with basic CAD drawings ready for production?”
