We are seeking an experienced professional to create a permit-ready site plan and grading/drainage diagram for a partially built residential cat enclosure (catio) in Englewood, Colorado. The structure is already under construction and the City of Englewood has requested updated documents to address both Planning and Engineering review requirements. Your work will support our resubmission and must adhere to local permitting standards. Scope of Work: The final deliverable will be a single permit-ready PDF file that includes the following: 1. Scaled Site Plan Drawn to scale using aerial imagery, GIS parcel data, or city mapping tools Clearly marked property lines, house footprint, and catio footprint Labeled distances from the structure to rear and side property lines (minimum 3 ft required by code) Notation of key features (e.g., fence lines, alley, shed, tree, sewer grate) 2. Drainage and Grading Diagram Grading arrows indicating slope direction (drainage flows to alley) Notation confirming no runoff will affect adjacent properties Optional: slope indicators or cross-section (if necessary) 3.
