Construction Project & Permitting Coordinator Location: Phoenix, AZ (and surrounding areas) We are a rapidly growing residential construction company seeking a versatile and reliable team member to assist with construction management, system coordination, and administrative support. A key responsibility of this role is handling permit approvals for our residential remodels, new builds, and casita projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the permitting process for residential projects Coordinate with city departments and ensure timely permit approvals Support project management with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up Assist in organizing and optimizing systems such as Buildertrend and Houzz Pro Provide general administrative support as needed to help projects run smoothly Ideal Candidate: Familiar with Phoenix and surrounding city permitting requirements Highly organized and detail-oriented Previous experience in construction, permitting, or administration preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
