● A key contributor to the design of electro-mechanical systems focused on fitness equipment. ● Deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles with the ability to leverage this understanding to various mechanical modalities in the fitness industry. ● A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and reliable designs to maximise product quality and produce on time. ● Ability to design and oversee layout designs and provide explicit layout constraints. ● Develop or identify tools, methods and designs that allow reutilization throughout a vast product assortment. ● Provide technical oversight and review support to development teams during product design and development. ● Coordinates with other iFit internal departments to engineer and develop a product that both USDomestic and Asian Contract Manufacturers will manufacture. ● Identify and communicate priorities and trade-offs with stakeholders. ● Define, prioritise and track daily tasks and milestones. ● Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and product validation activities to ensure compliance with regulations. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development and customer support, to provide feedback and input on product design, performance optimisation and design for manufacturability. ● Participates in establishing goals and metrics to measure effectiveness from the design through the production process.
