The gift is for some craft drinks from two different local breweries. Concept - First postcard will act as the initial invitation including a QR code to RSVP and select a drink flavor from one of two local brewers and the second will be a reminder of the upcoming event and to RSVP/select their free gift. This is a Client Appreciation Event to thank clients and it will be conducted as a pick-up event where they come to the office to grab their free gift. At the office there will be light bites and corn hole setup - possibly a hotdog vendor but that's still up in the air which is why I'm leaning towards "light bites", a place to visit and get together. Here's some verbiage ideas to get you started but have left other info generic for privacy. This is happening the weekend prior to the 4th of July so a tie in for refreshments as a gift for you just in time for the upcoming 4th of July weekend is ok too.
