Director of Photography + Small Team – Commercial Shoot in Phoenix, AZ We are seeking an experienced Director of Photography (DP) and a small team to lead camera and lighting for a dynamic short-form commercial/advertisement. The project is for a legal tech software client and will include both cinematic B-roll and scripted performance from a lead actress. This is a paid opportunity with creative and technical collaboration involved. Location: Phoenix, AZ (exact location TBD) Tentative Shoot Dates: May 17th or May 18th (1-day shoot) Project Scope: The ad showcases an AI-powered legal intake platform. The visual style will include creative split-screen elements and cinematic narrative shots. Talent will interact with both the camera and simulated tech UI visuals. Think tech-meets-human with a clean and impactful branded feel. Responsibilities: Collaborate with director and team to execute visual style Manage camera operation, lighting setup, and shot composition Ensure clean, high-quality video and audio capture Handle on-set framing and assist in storytelling through visual execution Work closely with actress and production lead to capture all key scripted moments Handle basic gear logistics and work efficiently on a tight schedule Requirements: Experience shooting branded content or commercials Strong understanding of cinematic lighting and storytelling Access to 4K camera package and basic lighting setup (preferred, not required) Ability to work with a small crew or solo Must be Phoenix-based or able to self-report to Phoenix with gear If you're a DP with a sharp eye, a fast setup, and a passion for crafting clean, branded visuals, we’d love to hear from you.
