I'm seeking a highly detail-oriented architectural drafter to assist with redlines, design development and construction documents support. This role will start on a task-by-task basis with the potential for ongoing collaboration. Cleaning up redlines to create clean CAD/Revit files Drafting design development drawings based on provided floor plans, roof plans, and architectural style references Preparing basic construction document drawings based on specific redlines or instruction: lighting and electrical plans, interior elevations, building sections, and detailing. Ideal Candidate: Strong architectural drafting background (beyond general CAD work) Experience with U.S. residential projects (required) Familiarity with U.S. building standards, typical code requirements, and permitting expectations (required) Ability to develop drawings that are both aesthetically aligned and follow company CAD standards Proficient in AutoCAD. Works independently but communicates proactively Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines reliably **Preference will be given to U.S.-based candidates or highly qualified international applicants with clear experience in U.S. residential projects.
