We are seeking a registered architect and interior designer in Texas to handle a comprehensive 3000 square foot build-out remodel for our occupational medical clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations while creating a functional and welcoming environment. A strong portfolio showcasing previous medical or clinical design projects will be advantageous. We need someone well versed in building local building codes for out of the box solutions to reduce construction cost and over burdening code updates. I prefer someone well versed in remodels with a record of limiting remodel code updates.
