I’m looking for a skilled graphic designer to transform a couple of existing development site maps into visually appealing, color-enhanced versions suitable for sales and marketing purposes. These maps need to: • Retain accurate lot sizes and shapes, road placements, and overall layout (this is critical, as they will be used for sales and client communication). • Be updated with color, branding elements, and light graphic design enhancements to make them more attractive and engaging for potential buyers. I will provide the existing maps in PDF or image format. Final deliverables should be high-resolution and provided in both editable (AI/PSD) and print-ready formats (PDF, PNG, JPG).
